End of 2023 update

  Haven't forgotten this. 

I've been doing Kindle Vella. It's Amazon's serial story platform. You write episodes (chapters) that people pay tokens to read. The first 3 episodes are free to see if you are interested then you pay various token amounts for episodes according to word length. I have 7 stories up on Vella including Bone Whisperer, my WIP. This book is still in the queue at #5. However I may do it on Vella which may get it out sooner. Or it may delay it further. I just don't know yet. But I ain't givin' up on this book being written.

Once a book is completed on Vella it can be published as a whole. It may be 2026 by then for this one, depending on how flowing and cooperative my muse is going to be with all this. But this book will be written cause it's near and dear to my heart.  Most of my stories are.

First book of the Alliance series.

What is the Alliance?

It is a conglomerate of 5 races that occupy a section of space that includes over 50 star systems. It is run by The Regent through his Nein.

In this book the first human Nein (Fiona) introduces the Alliance to the human Federation. The humans are not pleased that they are not the top of the food chain any more, that their laws mean nothing in the Alliance, and that they can't just take over the whole thing.

Humans are not the good guys in these books. Not all of them are bad, but humans didn't leave their prejudices behind when they went into space, just transferred them. If you are within a certain degree of human you are golden, but if not...well, expect to be exploited and considered third class.

Have those 4 books to write before this one comes up. 

Unless the story jumps the line. Which could happen. My Muse is so fickle.
