They are the living arm of the Regent
These beings are humanoid in appearance: a head, two arms and two legs. However the features are blurred as if the skin is made of wax and not finely sculptured. There is also a metallic sheen to the skin that glitters at different angles.
The Nein are linked through special nanites to the Dregs and through them to the Regent. We few humans who have joined the Alliance are considered Nein as we have the same nanites
